Jia Wen (Karmen) Lee

Karmen is a fun-loving, dedicated speech therapist whose passion shows in every interaction. With a dynamic, energetic approach, she strives to make each session positive and engaging — whether working on speech clarity, language development or social communication — creating an environment where children feel empowered and excited to communicate in their own unique ways.

Her journey began in the hospital setting, where she supported people facing communication challenges and deepened her understanding of families’ emotional needs. Moving into school and private practice, her experience has broadened, working within multidisciplinary teams alongside teachers, psychologists and other therapists to provide family-centred care.

Karmen is deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming practice, designing individualised, strengths-based interventions for every child.
