Stacey has 15 years of experience working with preschool to primary school going children. She specialises in working with children with speech and language delay, learning difficulties, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) in clinical practice, homes and pre-schools. She hopes to empower families and different stakeholders with knowledge and strategies to understand and support their children’s learning in a holistic manner.
Stacey believes that every child is different and adapts her teaching to each students’ learning styles. Focusing on simplifying learning for children and encourages their curiosity to learn by adding fun and joy to her lessons, she is also spontaneous in her teaching and follows the child’s lead in his or her learning. Her goal for every child is to be independent and for them to take ownership of their own learning.
